DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from the pranamat.ch E-Shop. Please print a copy of these pages for your records.

Availability

The supply of goods from this website is subject to availability and we may not always be able to inform you at the point of purchase whether we are currently holding stock for a particular item. In this rare eventuality, we will either supply a carefully selected alternative or a refund will be provided.

OUR CONTRACT

When you place a product order online at pranamat.ch, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and detailing the contents of your order. Your order represents an intention to purchase a product from us, which is only accepted by us upon delivery to you. Any product(s), which form part of that same order, but are not delivered, do not form part of this contract.

Product Descriptions

We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

Cancellation and Returns

We offer a 30 day return policy from the date you receive your order. You have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in our online shop within this period without giving reasons. When returning, you can choose a shipping company of your choice. The return must be made to “Fulfillment.swiss, Godetra AG Isenrietstrasse 19, 8617 Mönchaltorf, Switzerland”. The refund will be processed within 14 days. The cost of return-shipping will not be refunded. Please note that the cost of return-shipping may be higher than that of the initial outbound shipment. For the repayment we use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. The purchase amount will be refunded excluding shipping costs. We may refuse the refund until we have received the products back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the products, whichever is the earlier.

Delivery

We deliver throughout Switzerland and to the Principality of Liechtenstein. If possible, you will receive your order in a single shipment. Partial deliveries are permitted as long as this is reasonable for you. In the case of partial deliveries, we will cover the additional shipping costs. Information about delivery times is not a binding delivery date. Packaging and shipping costs are included in the purchase price. All orders will be shipped within 1 business day of receiving your payment. Please note that delivery is by a third-party carrier, therefore we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal system. If your goods fail to arrive, please contact us.
